Spacious 3-bedroom (one of them is a spacious office), 2.5-bathroom home with outdoor patios and plants (back and front), a convenient neighborhood with grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and a hospital all within two blocks. There are tow subway stations within approximately 1 km, plenty of bus lines with frequent, regular service to USP, Paulista Avenue, Pinheiros, Vila Madalena and other major parts of the city. The house is fully furnished and comfortably sleeps 3-4 people. The rent includes regular (2x a month) housekeeping service, WiFi, and utilities. Literature professor at USP is going to the USA for a fellowship.
