A beautiful, fully furnished, central Tel Aviv duplex apartment, with a rooftop garden and veranda, and an elevator in the building. On Chen Blvd. behind Habima, near Tel Aviv Museum, The Israeli Opera, HaCameri Theatre, Habima Theatre, Heichal Hatarbut Concert Hall, Dizengoff Centre - best location, on a quiet, tree-lined street. The apartment has two bedrooms (one on the lower floor, one on the top floor), two bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other with shower only), a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, and wifi TV. It is nice and comfortable. An extra month rental fee deposit is required and will be refunded after the flat is returned to my full satisfaction. The cleaning fee is $100.
