Family home in Brookline with garden, blocks from Boston's Fenway

My wife and I are planning ahead for her sabbatical in 2025. We are very interested in an exchange in London. We are open to other areas. We have used VBRO but this would be our first house exchange. We can provide references. We are non smokers and would be very respectful of your home, as I am sure you would be of ours too. Our daughter, who is in her mid 20s, will join us if she is able. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a quiet neighborhood while being in the heart of the city. Our home is located in Brookline, just blocks from the Boston border.It is in a safe and walkable area. It is a short walk from the Fenway area of Boston, the Boston hospitals, Harvard Medical School, several colleges as well as Coolidge Corner and Brookline Village in Brookline. There are good local shops, restaurants and two subway lines within a short walk. An elementary school and a large town park with tennis courts, basketball, a playing field and playgrounds are nearby. We live in a Queen Anne Victorian that was built with a brick wall dividing it into two houses. Our spacious side of the house has 10 rooms (4 bedrooms). There is a nice garden and front porch. We are interested in an exchange in London starting in spring of 2025 for 3 to 6 months.
