This is a two-bedroom townhouse on three levels in one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods. It is very close to two big parks with lots of amenities (free outdoor swimming pool, kids playgrounds, running track, etc.). The trendy Danforth Ave. (Greek Town) and Queen East St. are full of cafes, restaurants, shops and several supermarkets all within walking distance. A streetcar (tram) stop is only minutes away, and streetcars can take you straight into the subway, or into the core downtown to UofT or TMU. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has been turned into an office with a fold-out bed for one person. Plus there's a pull-out sofa-bed in the living room for one or two people. The office has a very large monitor, electric stand-up desk, and a printer/copier/scanner. One bathroom has a bath tub, while the second one has a shower. The living room has a large TV and an electric Yamaha piano. Open-concept dining room and kitchen are fully equipped with many appliances, including mixer, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, and a classic espresso maker, and all sorts of utensils. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, vacuum, and swiffer make cleaning easy, but I can recommend cleaning services too. Also, you'll find an indoor bicycle, weights, and yoga mats for exercising. I have a few house plants and I would appreciate if you could keep them alive by watering them once a week - thanks!
