Central, Charming 1-bdrm in the East Village, NYU, Cooper Union, New School 5th Floor walk-up, no elevator. Faces the front. Very busy, popular block but noise is not bad, especially with windows shut and AC on. New queen-sized bed with casper mattress and adjustable base. The gray sofa has been replaced with a work table. The art studio has new shelves. I will update photos as soon as I am able.
