In a sweet little village nestled along the banks of the Vienne River, the house is on the village green. You can hear birdsong all year-round in the bright and serene space. Walk down the front steps into the beautifully maintained village garden, with a large lawn, shade trees and an ancient church in the background. The views from every window are simply magical. Across the park you'll find the Boulangerie and Saturday morning croissants. Short walk to the village river park and heated swimming pool. The house has two spacious bedrooms upstairs, one on each floor. The first floor main room is equipped with custom kitchenette, and the bathroom with shower is also on the first floor. Additional cozy lounge/office area is on the third floor.
