👨‍👩‍👧 About Us: We are a small family from Berlin: Jasper, currently on parental leave from his role as a Public Affairs Manager, and Iris, a dementia researcher. 🏠 About the Apartment: Our fully furnished apartment is located in Berlin-Karlshorst, one of the city’s greenest and most family-friendly neighborhoods. It's on the raised ground floor of a historic Gründerzeit building (built in 1905) with high ceilings, stucco details, and parquet floors — full of charm and space. The apartment includes: Large, sunny living room with a cozy seating area Master bedroom with a double bed Children’s room with a single bed Office/guest room with desk and comfortable sofa bed Fully equipped kitchen Modern bathroom with a bathtub Direct access to a shared garden – perfect for families Washing machine, Wi-Fi, and storage space included 🌿 Location & Transport: Karlshorst is peaceful, green, and safe – ideal for families, researchers, and professionals. Just a few minutes’ walk to HTW Berlin Excellent connections to Adlershof Campus (HU Berlin) S-Bahn (S3) within walking distance: – 8 minutes to Friedrichshain (Ostkreuz, Warschauer Straße) – 20 minutes to Berlin Central Station Supermarkets, playgrounds, cafés, and parks are all close by 🔇 Who We're Looking For: We’re looking for quiet, reliable, and respectful tenants who will care for our home and appreciate the calm and friendly community. No parties or noise after 10 PM. 📅 Availability: Available for sublet between June and the end of October (dates flexible by arrangement). Minimum rental period: 2 weeks, one month is preferred.
