Classic San Franciscan 2 bedroom in walkable, friendly neighborhood

Description

Our home sits on a quiet street. We know all our neighbors and hope you're able to introduce yourself. One of the bedrooms serves as an office, but does have a twin bed. Bathrooms upstairs and down. The kitchen is well equipped but not fancy. Our house is a bit quirky, but warm with lots of art and books. The backyard is small and well maintained with container planters. We have several worm bins (but will not ask you to look after them). There are more planters in the front. We will need someone who enjoys light gardening (mostly watering and sweeping). San Francisco has weekly trash, recycling and compost pick up. There is street parking, but it is crowded, however , we are close to transit , Zip cars, and Lyft/Uber .
