I am open to two paths: A Direct Home Exchange: Seeking a comfortable, clean 1-bedroom (or more) space in NYC (Manhattan preferred, but Brooklyn is also an option). My Missoula home is a perfect fit for a solo occupant or a couple, and its three-bedroom layout also accommodates a family or occasional weekend guests. A Straight Cash Lease: Looking for a clean, quiet, and responsible tenant who will treat my home with care.
