What We Are Seeking in Manhattan: - Goal: Clean, safe, secure studio or 1-bedroom flat on Manhattan island for our daughter. - Purpose: She is a quiet, mature, non-smoking student attending the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).The Campus: Located at 50 W 47th Street in Midtown Manhattan’s Diamond District. - Priority: A safe residential building with a straightforward, reliable subway commute to Midtown.Target Neighborhoods: Open to Midtown, Upper West/East Side, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, or any area with direct subway lines to 47th St. - Timeline & Logistic Flexibility: Daughter's Flight: Her flight to New York is officially booked for June 24th. - Sintra Availability: Our Sintra cottage is completely ready and available for you from June 10th onwards. - Target Duration: A 5-month stay lasting until late November. - Exit Flexibility: We are highly flexible on the final move-out dates to comfortably accommodate your travel or flight itineraries. - Who We Are & The Exchange: Trustworthy Guests: We treat every home with utmost respect, strictly adhering to building Co-op/Condo rules and safety protocols.
