Treetop duplex condo in quiet neighbourhood

Description

We're going to Sydney from October 26 until beginning of April 27 and are looking for tenants for our Hamburg flat. It's part of a newly built small apartment complex situated in a quiet and leafy courtyard just a few minutes walk away from S-Bahn stop Bahrenfeld. The flat extends over two floors, the top floor featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a piano (plus a small space for hangig coats and a guest toilet). On the bottom floor, there are 3 bedrooms, an office/ guest room and two bathrooms. Both floors have seperate entrances to the hallway and can be accessed by lift. We will close up the smallest bedroom to store our belongings. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances (including an oven that can air fry, and a Quooker tap from which you can dispense cooled, sparkling and boiling water). The top floor opens to a terrace with treetop views.
