I am a college professor originally from Madrid. During the Fall 2026 semester I will be teaching at CUNY, and my family and I are looking for a home exchange (September 1–November 30, 2026). We are offering our lovely, modern apartment in the heart of Madrid, located in a newly constructed building, in exchange for a home in the New York City area. From Madrid, you can easily enjoy day trips and weekend visits to historic cities such as Toledo and Segovia, while also having all the attractions of central Madrid right at your doorstep. We look forward to finding a family who will enjoy our home as much as we do. More information about the apartment: 1. Fully equipped; newly constructed building finished in 2026 2. Master bedroom (queen bed), dedicated office space, and 2 full baths 3. Amenities: Outdoor pool, gym, coworking space, roof deck, and garden 4. AC, high-speed WIFI, and washer dryer in unit 5. Small building (30 apartments total) on a quiet residential street 6. Private garage and car available
