Cute duplex apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Paris, Le Marais, in July and August 2026. Near Place des Vosges and Opéra Bastille. Lots of nice cafés, restaurants and stores. It’s a one bedroom (upstairs, sleeps 2), with a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with a shower. There is a sofa bed on the lower level (sleeps 2). Fans are available and A/C is about to be installed. Fast Internet. Washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is in an historic building, on the second floor. There is no elevator. Non smoking place.
