Description
I'm a writer based in Bellingham and Montreal. I have a 17 year old son who will be doing online school next year so that we can travel as part of his education. My Montreal condo is up for exchange as of Jan 2027 (also listed here at Sabbatical Homes) and the Bellingham studio is attached to our house, which I designed. My son and I are quiet, neat, non-smokers who love beauty. We take good care of our homes and will treat yours like ours.

Comments: This is an apartment that is attached to our home. Small but mighty! Hardwood floors, granite countertops, lovely tile. Big front and back yards, and a spacious private deck.
