The house sits on flat land in a quiet hamlet with only a few houses, with forest directly in front of the property. The cottage has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a single bed. It is especially suited for a sabbatical, writing retreat, research period, creative work, remote work, or a slower rhythm of life in nature. This home is part of a foundation dedicated to the protection, regeneration, and responsible stewardship of land and ecosystems. Guests interested in connecting their research, writing, or retreat to reforestation or land regeneration may be able to cooperate with the foundation. Although the location is peaceful and rural, it is accessible by a new road that is not very steep and is easy to drive. Asturias Airport is about 35 minutes away. Salas is around 10 km away and Pravia around 18 km away, with restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and everyday services. A car is essential for this rural location. We may explore separate use of our car, subject to insurance, legal conditions, and availability. From the house, you can enjoy nearby hiking paths or drive around 45 minutes to Oviedo or Avilés for culture, restaurants, cafés, shops, and academic connections. Asturias is known for its green mountains, coastline, excellent food, friendly people, traditional cider culture, surfing, canyoning, hiking, and outdoor life. This is a simple, quiet, inspiring place for someone looking for nature, concentration, landscape views, and meaningful connection to land.
