It has one master bedroom (with a king bed), one bedroom with two stackable twin XL beds, two full bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a den (with foldout Queen sofabed), an office, and a spacious kitchen. There is plenty of closet space and a convenient laundry room with w/d. A small rental cottage sits at the back of the property. The lush and leafy yard has many lovely places for sitting, with three majestic redwood trees rising above. The immediate area offers all sorts of delights (restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, markets, bookstores, etc.). We are walking distance to downtown Berkeley and a half a mile from the nearest BART subway station. Our home is situated on a designated bike path street and is just a few blocks from several bus stops. The UC Berkeley campus is a 15-minute walk.
