Description
My wife and I are looking for a visiting family or academic who may need a temporary home during the Spring 2027 semester at Penn State. We raised our children, who are both off to college now, in this home, and we will be abroad during my sabbatical in early 2027. Our house is really perfect for a visiting academic who wants the comforts of home, a peaceful college neighborhood, and proximity (walking, biking) to both Penn State's main campus and downtown State College. This is an initial listing, but I will plan to update with more/better photos and expanded description soon.

Comments: We are looking for a place that can accommodate my wife and I, so one bedroom would probably suffice. But we would like to be able to accommodate a brief visit from our college age children or a parent.

Comments: We will be living abroad for 3+ months during sabbatical (spring semester) in early 2027. We have a private 1 bedroom apartment in the basement that we will move into for brief periods in early January and early May.
