Colorful 3BR family home in heart of Connecticut, near many universities

We are renting our cozy, colorful 3-bedroom house in central Connecticut for the semester. This home is ideal for a family - we are located in a walkable school neighborhood (elementary school and huge playground are 2 blocks away) with a big beautiful backyard for kids to play, outdoor patio, and Connecticut native pollinator plants. Child-friendly living room with many toys and books, full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs, three bedrooms upstairs. Bedrooms: 1) Primary bedroom with king-size bed and 2 closets; 2) Second bedroom with sofabed that converts to king-size bed, also with standing desk (we use this room as an office and spare guestroom); 3) Children's bedroom with twin-size bunk beds. The house was originally built in 1952, with newly updated appliances (W/D upstairs, glass-top electric stove, etc.). Holyoke, and Amherst-area universities. We love the proximity to NYC and Boston for weekend trips (90min equidistant from each city center).
