We are an adventure-loving family of 5 looking to do a 3 month sabbatical in Europe in 2027. Our large family home has room for everyone. It is surrounded by green, sunny and double glazed. Our home has three living spaces, two large bedrooms with ensuites and three bedrooms set up for children/teens. An office with two sitting/standing desks means working from home is easy too. Outside we have two outdoor dining spaces, one with a spa and an outdoor fire - perfect for roasting marshmallows. We are in a suburban neighbourhood in Christchurch next to a reserve. The University of Canterbury and Lincoln University are within 20min drive.

Comments: We are a family of 5 with 3 teens, ideally looking to be on sabbatical 1 April to 30 June 2027 & are keen for an exchange to Spain. However we are open to flexible times, especially over NZ summer, and other potential exchange locations.
