We are two former New Yorkers looking to spend some months between January and May back in New York City. We would like to exchange our spacious home for an apartment, loft, townhouse, preferably on the Upper West Side. But, we like all locations in the city. One person , a couple or a family could enjoy or house. It is a Lovely well maintained bright and airy 1880s home on a quiet side street in Newton MA, just a few short blocks from a bustling city center with local MBTA train service to adjacent Boston, Cambridge and scenic Massachusetts towns. It is a warm and welcoming home for a family or single person/couple wanting a quiet place for work and relaxation and exploration of the nearby abundant museums, libraries, theatres/music venues and outdoor activities of the area and all of New England. There is a large yard with a variety of eleven trees. Nearby parks and conservation land with swimming, tennis and trails. Kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, laundry and dining space for nine. Bedrooms are comfortable with good bedding and new mattresses. Double living room can be turned into a guest room, in addition to bedrooms listed.
