Lovely West Los Angeles Apartment in UCLA University Village

Our apartment is in a lovely village for UCLA-affiliated families. We live on the 3rd floor in a cozy apartment filled with sunlight, books, art, and plants. We have a beautiful view of tree-tops in the courtyard, and are steps away from communal spaces with play structures for kids and grills for barbecuing. The community is gated and requires a code to get in, so families feel safe letting their kids run around on their own. There is also access to a basketball court and a pool nearby. We have two bedrooms with walk-in closets, each with queen-sized beds, as well as a crib in one of the rooms. Both bedrooms have desks in them, but the smaller bedroom can be converted into an office, with the queen-sized futon bed folding into a couch. We are happy for you to rearrange the furniture to your liking / can move certain pieces out for your stay if you'd like! Each bedroom has a private walk-in bathroom with full bath and shower. We love to cook and our full kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you may need! This is a perfect home for young kids, as we have lots of toys! We'd love for you to make yourself at home :) -- We live in Palms - a quiet neighborhood on the West side of Los Angeles. There is a Trader Joes and Whole Foods at the end of the block, a large park with amazing amenities (including an outdoor pool) 10 minutes walking from our house, lots of delicious street food vendors, and a number of farmers markets nearby. We are conveniently located on bus lines and just a short drive from many highlights: 5-10 minute drive to downtown Culver City; 15 minute drive to Westwood, Santa Monica, and Venice Beach; 20 minutes from Miracle Mile; and 30 minutes to Downtown Los Angeles. With mountains and beaches nearby, there are lots of gorgeous places to hike, bike, or surf.
