You have views of the Hudson River from every window. Riverbank and Riverside Parks are just across the street, and both CUNY and Columbia University are within walking distance. Everything is right at your doorstep, including a Citi Bike station across the street. The 1 Subway is 2min/one block away on Broadway, the A/C&B/D stop is less than 10min on foot. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a beautiful 6-story elevator building. The layout is ideal for two people working from home, with two workstations at opposite ends of the apartment, one in the bedroom and the other in the kitchen nook.
