I live in Brisbane, Australia but have a second home at Burleigh Heads on the southern Gold Coast, 8 minutes walk to the beach. As my son is studying in Paris this year, I would like to make a sim or non-sim exchange - timing and length of stay negotiable.

Comments: It is an 8 minute walk from the beach, walk to shops and cafes, 25 minutes by public transport from the airport, 1.5 hours drive to Brisbane, 1 hour's drive to northern New South Wales rainforests and beaches (including Byron Bay).
