We are offering our comfortable and spacious family home in Rome for a home exchange. The apartment has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a large living room, comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a large projector screen — perfect for relaxing and enjoying a movie in the evening. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light and overlook the surrounding greenery and residential grounds. One of the highlights of the property is the beautiful outdoor swimming pool set within landscaped communal gardens. It is a wonderful place to relax during the warmer months, and the apartment enjoys lovely views over the pool and beautiful sunsets. Our home is lived-in, comfortable and well suited to a couple or a family. It offers the opportunity to experience Rome from a peaceful residential setting while still being able to enjoy everything the city has to offer. We are particularly interested in exchanging with a home in New York in September 2026, and we are happy to discuss both simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchanges.
