Hello! We are a quiet, respectful, and tidy couple from Prague looking for a welcoming home in Dublin for the upcoming spring semester (January – May/June 2027). I am a 24-year-old in my final (fifth) year of Law at Charles University in Prague. I have been selected for an Erasmus+ exchange at the Sutherland School of Law at University College Dublin (UCD). My partner is 25 and works as a music producer and musician—working primarily with headphones, so he is exceptionally mindful of peace and quiet at home. Joining us is our beloved pet, Martina—a tiny African pygmy hedgehog. She lives quietly in her own self-contained enclosure, is completely non-destructive, silent, and hypoallergenic. She doesn’t roam freely, scratch furniture, or make any noise, and we take great care of her and our living space. What We Are Looking For We are searching for a furnished apartment, flat, or house for around 4 months. Ideally, we would love a location within comfortable commuting distance to UCD as well as good transit access to Dublin city centre. A desk or comfortable study/work space and reliable Wi-Fi are a big plus for my legal studies and research. What we offer in exchange? If you are interested in a simultaneous home swap or visiting Prague, we offer our charming, fully furnished apartment in one of the city's most vibrant and beloved central neighborhoods—Žižkov (Bořivojova Street). Our home comfortably accommodates 2 to 3 people with complete privacy, making it an ideal base for anyone looking to experience Prague like a local. You will be just a short stroll from the popular square Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad (known for its fantastic farmers' markets, bakeries, and cafes) and Riegrovy sady park with its iconic sunset views over the Prague Castle. It has excellent, seamless public transit links straight into the historic core, yet offers a quiet and cozy retreat at the end of the day. It is a fantastic place to live for anyone who wants to stay closely connected to the city's culture and energy while enjoying a peaceful, comfortable personal space. Why Host Us? As academic visitors and professionals, we take pride in treating any place we stay as if it were our own home. We do not smoke, do not host wild parties, and hold ourselves to high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and clear communication. Whether you are away on a sabbatical, research leave, or travel, you can rest assured your home, plants, and space will be deeply respected and looked after. We would be delighted to connect via a video call, share references, or answer any questions you might have. We look forward to hearing from you!

Comments: I am planning an Erasmus stay in UCD Sutherland school of law. Me and my partner are looking for a place to stay, prefefrably somwhere nearby the UCD campus. Due to the nature of this stay I am not open to other destinations besides Dublin.
I would like to bring my pet if it is okay
I prefer smoking not allowed in the home
Comments: I own a small african hedgehog named Martina. She sleeps about 20 hours a day and is a very chill and happy pet. I would prefer a place that wouldn't mind Martina and her enclosure.
