Our lovely, 3-bedroom house with a huge fenced backyard - located in the heart of Providence's vibrant Federal Hill neighborhood - is available for exchange or rental from January through August 2027. We are two faculty members at Brown University are will both be on sabbatical from January through August 2027. The home is furnished. Currently, two of the bedrooms are being used as offices.

Comments: Located the heart of Providence's vibrant Federal Hill neighborhood just west of downtown. A block away both Broadway and Atwells and some of Providence's best restaurants and cafes. Beautiful, historic, tree-lined street. Easy walk, bike, or short drive to downtown and Providence Amtrak station.
