Description
We are travelling for three months and are therefore subletting our lovely apartment. The 3-room apartment is located in the popular Lorraine neighbourhood; cafés, restaurants, bars, second-hand shops and various other shops are just around the corner. The Aare river is a 5-minute walk away, and the main train station is 10 minutes away. Our apartment has three separate rooms, a large kitchen, a large balcony and its own washer and dryer. Lovely and helpful neighbours live in the building. We are renting the apartment furnished; it is very well equipped with everything you need. The rental period and exact dates are negotiable. Besides a regular sublet, we are also open to a home exchange in another beautiful place. We are primarily looking for a place in Berlin.
