Welcome to my home. I would love to share it with you! It is a 950 sq.ft haven for me and my dog Chewie. You will love the original cachet (built in 1900) with its soaring ceilings, moldings and light fixtures. You will appreciate the completely renovated kitchen and bathroom. Happy to walk you through on video! If you have a child the space may also work for you. It has a bedroom with a Queen bed, a big, gorgeous office and a chambre d’ami with a doubled-sized Murphy bed and small desk. The living room has a TV and a corner dining table. The kitchen is stunning and was renovated recently as was the bathroom with bath and shower combination. Laundry too! The neighbourhood is equally attractive. Nestled between two huge urban parks, a pedestrian avenue (all summer) and a huge selection of cafes, restaurants, theatres and shops within walking distance. When I say it is the best neighbourhood in the world, I don’t think I’m far off. But then I came to Paris. Let’s exchange homes for a while and get to be at home in each others’ cities.
