Beautiful 3BR Craftsman in Oakland, looking for swap in NYC

We are a family of three (two adults, one well-behaved, nondestructive 4YO) based in Oakland, CA, looking to swap with someone in Lower Manhattan or Brooklyn. Our dates are flexible. Our house is in a beautiful, historic neighborhood in Oakland (Bella Vista). Walk 0.5 miles to Lake Merritt, the "jewel of Oakland" and about 1 mile to the lively Grand Lake neighborhood (shops, Art Deco movie theater, restaurants). Lake Merritt BART will take you wherever you need to go, our borrow our Subaru Outback. Our house is a newly remodeled 3BR with a finished basement with laundry. One bedroom is set up as a 2-person home office, but has a couch that converts into a full-size bed. I am a cookbook writer, and if you are a food lover, you'll enjoy our remodeled, well-stocked kitchen and cookbook collection. Our backyard is beautiful every season of the year, with a wraparound deck, grill, and citrus grove with delicious oranges and Meyer lemons. Bedrooms: 1 king-size bed, 1 kid's twin, 1 convertible couch/full-size bed. 1 full bathroom upstairs (Toto washlet bidet! Solar-power skylight! Bath, shower, towel warmer!), 1 full bathroom downstairs. We have two sweet indoor cats and would ask our guests to clean their litter boxes and replenish their food and water.
