Fantastic indoor-outdoor space, vaulted ceilings, inground heated swimming pool+spa, 100m to beautiful park and great elementary school, close to cafes and shops, 2 miles from the ocean, 5 miles to UC Irvine (beautiful 30-minute bike ride on protected bike lanes through Back Bay). Note that the photos are a few years old now - we've since done some remodeling/redecorating and so the house now looks different (but the layout etc is the same).
