Excellent transport links: 10 minutes from Termini Station and just 5 minutes from the nearest Underground station (Metro line B: Policlinico) and bus stations. 15 minutes walking to Sapienza or Luiss Universities. The proximity to the park ensures the possibility of jogging, relaxing walks and beautiful picnic in fresh clean air. Towels and sheets are furnished and included in the price. Currently, tenants are committed to pay, for the first 10 days of the rental, a city tourist tax in Rome of 3.5 euros per day per person. The tax will be added to the total amount of the rent. A receipt of the relative tourist tax payment will be issued on the arrival. Children under 10 are exempt from the tax.
