A supermarket, food shops, post office, banks are all within 5 minutes walk. The apartment has a double room, a single room, with french bed, a living office room, a large, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with shower, a corridor. Fully equipped, with centralized heating, air conditioned and terrace in all the rooms, washing machine, TV, internet wifi. There is not dishwasher. The price, 1350 euros the month, includes all charges and utilities (warming, air conditioned, electricity, water, internet,condo fees). Due recent price increase, electricity could be payed separately. In this case the rent woud be lowered.
