It is a warm, bright and quiet fifth-floor apartment with a balcony and a lift. It is fully furnished and would suit a single or a couple visiting for research. Many guests have been very happy and have worked productively from home or at a university. Rented by the month over a fixed period, the rent is inclusive of (internet, electricity, and heat). Available for a fixed period of 8 months, September 18, 2026, to May 31, 2027. A 1-month deposit and a signed contract are required to confirm the booking. There is a final cleaning fee of 100 euros. There is also an additional fee requirement of $50 US for each member to Sabbatical Homes.
