A beautifully fully furnished 2-bedroom condo available for you and your family for either fall quarter, winter quarter, or the academic year. The unit is 10 minutes walk from UCSD campus. It has two pools (one heated for the winter months). The price includes rent, utilities, and internet/wifi. The unit faces inside, extremely quiet, and gets tons of sun. We ask the tenant to take in our mail. The condo is a five-minute walk to Trader Joe's, Whole Food, CVS, Ralph's, AMC 12, plus restaurants. Excellent location for convenience, beautiful surroundings and easy access to highway (5). Parking garage is available for one car. Additional parking is possible on Gilman Drive (but not on the property).
