Spacious ground floor 3 bedroom apartment, warm Northern Sun @ our large front garden- courtyard, on top of iconic Kangaroo Point Cliffs, across the Brisbane River from the City & Botanic Gardens, walking distance to SouthBank, the City Centre, free CityHopper Ferry, River boardwalks, close proximity to hospitals, Griffith university, Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and the Gabba Sport Station. Large super market Coles and restaurants 10 mins walk to the Gabba shopping center which is of great convenience of City living style. Magnificent Brisbane river views from our rooftop communal observatory deck with panoramic City and River views. Our apartment complex offers gated pool, spa, full-sized tennis court, BBQ area, car parking space on site, immaculate landscaped grounds. Equipped kitchen with quality cooking facilities. An outdoor dining set and a gas Weber BBQ at our private big front garden is perfect for outdoor meals. a full-sized tennis court (racquets and balls are provided in the wardrobe in the bedroom, reservation for tennis court at the complex reception area) and a beautiful pool and hot spa at the complex. One bedroom is furnished with a full queen sized bed and the second with two king-single beds. Study room offers a comfortable double fold-out bed that can sleep one or two persons. The South Bank man-made beaches are a stroll away from our apartment and are patrolled by experienced and professional lifeguards 7 days a week. Great for young children for summer days. Calm water ensures there are no waves or dangerous rips like on coastal beaches. A short stroll to the left takes guests to the wonderful Southbank precinct where guests will find numerous parks, playgrounds, a river boardwalk, man-made city beach, rock filled creak and water play areas. This will also take guests to the beautiful Queensland State Library (full of activities for young children in their corner room), the National Gallery of Queensland and the fantastic Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA – Australia’s most popular art gallery in terms of visitor numbers). Guests could happily spend a day (or two) exploring Southbank and not travel further than GOMA. The Kangaroo Point Cliff is very popular for rock climbing, picnic, close to tourist sites such as the Maritime Museum, iconic landmark of the Story Bridge, the Kangaroo Point Lookout. Transport needs serviced by free Cityhopper ferries crossing to the City Centre which operates every 30 minutes between 6 am to midnight every day; the City Cat ferries up and down Brisbane River, accessible South East freeway should guests wish to explore theme parks, Gold Coast or Sunshine Coast. Popular Jazz Club, the Gabba Grounds for sport activities, the Story Bridge, beautiful endless river boardwalks. CityCycle is highly recommended- a public hire service with 150 bike stations located in the inner-city and surrounding suburbs of Brisbane. The CityCycle offers a few stations not far from the apartment. 24/7 super market IGA and Subway and ATM are about 250m away. Stroll down to South Bank- a rare lifestyle precinct with funky cafes, boutiques, offering Turkish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Spanish, Italian. Vibrant beachside setting, Australia only beach in the middle of the city. An unique, man-made swimming beach with sparkling clean crystal clear lagoons and sandy beaches, palm trees, pebbled creeks and shady shallows surrounded by sub-tropical trees. Within South Bank Centre, it is highly recommended to check out the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre which hosts an average of 900 events each year including major exhibitions, concerts and gala. Should guests wish to explore further afield, a short stroll across any of the many bridges will take guests to the city of Brisbane, while the City Cat Ferry is a fun way to explore Brisbane.
