The whole house has cozy wooden floors, well kept original features, but also double-glassed slash windows. The little patio is well protected of wind. The location is in easy reach to all colleges of Oxford University, Brookes University, and the JR Hospital. The house has a nice living room that leads to the kitchen, conservatory, and the small patio garden. Downstairs is a guestroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs you'll find the main bedroom, a study, and the bathroom. The house is ideal for a couple or a single person. This house is not an AirBnB. I am letting it while I am travelling.
