Within walking distance of Sciences Po, the Alliance Française, Reid Hall, ISEP and Stanford in Paris. The Sorbonne is a pleasant stroll away across the Luxembourg Gardens. The apartment is sunny and well laid out. Located on the fourth and last floor. There is no elevator but the staircase is wide and easy and once you open the front door you will see that the climb was worth it. Views from the front over a quiet square and the iconic Sauvage building. From the rear the flat looks over a leafy courtyard and former artist's studio. To the front, a spacious double living room/dining room comfortably furnished with family furniture, and a study, with double sofa bed available to accommodate your guests. On the garden side, a quiet double bedroom and bathroom with full sized tub with shower over. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast corner. The flat is quiet and all windows are double glazed. The building is secure, with Digit-code and entry phone. The area is extremely safe. Close to the lively Boulevard Montparnasse with its famous literary cafés and numerous cinemas. You will find neighbourhood food stores, restaurants, bookstores, fashion and gelato all in our street and there are twice weekly food markets and an organic market a few streets away.
