Private, Garden-Level Apartment near University of Washington

We love the Seattle U District - a great neighborhood that is so ceentral to everything the great Seattle area has to offer. Jonell's apartment feels larger that it is with its large living room, huge kitchen and great outdoor space.the fully furnished space has everything you need including a comfy bed and washer/dryer.

Jonell is a wonderfull host/landlord. Communicative without being overly in your business. Easy street parking.

I highly reccomend and will stay here again if it works out to do so.

We rented this amazing, quiet apartment from May to August so our daughter could participate in a research internship at University of Washington over the summer. Jonell was extremely helpful in setting up the rental given our concerns about our daughter being away on her own across the continent in a new city. She was welcoming and put a lot of effort into making our daughter and in fact our whole family feel at home in that we all visited at various times throughout the summer. The quality of the decor and comforts provided in the apartment made it easy to simply settle in. Everything needed was provided. Jonell was available and congenial and even shared the raised gardens so our daughter could grow vegetables. A superb experience.

We lived in Jonell's awesome, furnished apartment for almost 2 years. We LOVED living there and were sad to leave. Jonell is an excellent host and neighbor, she replied quickly to any emails or concerns. She maintained the yard beautifully and even let us use her raised garden beds to plant in the summer! The kitchen is amazing & well stocked for cooking/baking. The outdoor space is huge, private and overlooks a large wooded area, there is a great table/chairs to eat outside. There is a grill & fireplace, which we loved having. The location and neighborhood are perfect, with many nearby parks. We HIGHLY recommend Jonell's adorable apartment, you will not be disappointed!

I stayed in this wonderful apt for nearly an entire year. This was much longer than my original plan but I liked it so much I never wanted to leave. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and that apt is extremely well furnished and very comfortable. Jonell is very prompt and great with her communication. The porch was definitely my favorite area and I really miss that. Highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Seattle!

I stayed in Jonell's unit for a few months and couldn't have had a better stay! The apartment is fully furnished with lovely decor and has a beautiful backyard patio area (complete with wonderfully placed outdoor decorative lights), making it feel like home. The space comes fully equipped with all cooking and baking utensils one might ever need--perfect for someone like me who likes to cook up a storm. Jonell was also always responsive and receptive in her communication as a landlord (and super friendly). Anyone looking for a nice stay in a great neighborhood should strongly consider Jonell and her unit.

I was scheduled to stay here for 4 months but very sadly had to leave early because of international travel restrictions put in place abruptly. The apartment was fantastic, all of my local visitors agreed that I had found a little gem of a place. The apt is very well appointed, with everything a person could need. When I decided to do some baking, because the kitchen is really a bakers paradise, Jonell found me more backing trays to use. As a landlady she was lovely, anything missing or needed was supplied immediately. The apt was immaculate when I moved in and you can tell it was furnished with care. Jonell told me she likes to keep the apt at the same standard as her own home and it shows. Furthermore, even though I had to leave early, Jonell was more than reasonable. We very quickly came to an equitable arrangement for both of us with 0 unpleasantness. My only regret, I couldn’t stay to see the gardens in full bloom.
