CAMBRIDGE - Two Bedroom duplex within walking distance to Harvard & MIT

What an opportunity to have lived in Steve's and Paul's home from May to November 2024! Their row house must simply be described as luxurious. The two-bedrooms' beds were very comfortable, with lovely linens. The kitchen is a gourmet cook's dream! And just off the dining room is a deck, with a gas grill. You are literally in the trees; a perfect spot to take in nature while enjoying your coffee in the morning. Steve and Paul love their home--it is clean and well-maintained. They are responsive hosts that immediately address any concerns. The neigborhood has friendly residents, is walkable, with many outstanding restaurants and public transportation nearby. Do not hesistate to secure this listing as it is phenomenal!

We had an amazing experience staying at Paul and Steve's place. It was a 5 star experience in every way. Their home is incredibly well equipped, extremely clean, homey, comfortable and utterly charming. It is located in a lovely part of Cambridge with easy access to transportation, food shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Paul and Steve were amazing with their communication and very responsive to any requests. I had a difficult time saying goodbye to their home - and hope to someday return!

I spent six months here (May-October 2021) and cannot recommend it more highly. The apartment's interior is extraordinary, with ample space, book-lined shelves, and tasteful decor. The location is unbeatable. You're within easy walking distance of all the major squares and have great restaurants and a bakery around the corner. The owners were super responsive, friendly, and welcoming. An added bonus was getting to know many of the neighbors, many of whom have lived there for years, and I was able to join them for a glass of wine after work. For a short-term stay, it was wonderful to feel welcomed and make new friends. In a nutshell, this is an extraordinary, rare find. If you get to stay here, I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did.

We spent two glorious months here in the summer of 2018. The location is ideal: a quiet residential street with some shops and restaurants just around the corner, and within easy strolls of both Porter and Harvard Squares. The apartment is both lovely and wonderfully livable. There’s plenty of room; having two floors makes it feel more like a house than an apartment; and being in the master bedroom, with its windows looking up into the trees, feels like being in a treehouse. The place has everything you need and everything works well. Steve and Paul are incredibly nice and were extremely responsive the few times we had questions. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.
