Short commute to UCLA (7 miles) and LMU (3 miles), and on the Big Blue Bus route (#14) and bike path to Venice Beach and Marina del Rey (bike available). Extensive gardens with citrus, avocado, pomegranate, guava, etc The studio is a converted garage on a property with a single-family dwelling in a quiet neighborhood. The studio has a bathroom with shower and kitchenette with stove top and convection oven (no dishwasher). The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. The bed is a queen size with memory foam. There are extensive gardens (avocado, pomegranate, lemons, guava, blackberries, banana), visiting parrots, and a patio area with bbq. The Ballona Creek bike path is less than a mile away with direct access to Marina del Rey and Venice Beach. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and to the Mar Vista farmer's market. PS The studio has wi-fi and ethernet, but it does not have a TV
