I spent two happy months in Lynne’s apartment. It is perfectly situated for getting around London and is a great place to get work done or relax. Lynne was very supportive and helpful in navigating the city, and she was readily in touch by phone if ever I had questions. Thank you so much, Lynne!

We came to a written agreement with Lynne about renting her flat even though she ended up asking for 200 pounds more than she had indicated on her sabbatical homes ad (she said she had forgotten to change it and we really needed a place.) A week before we were supposed to move in, she emailed that she was withdrawing the flat and basically left us to scramble to find a place with little time. While she was nice and communicative early on, it was clear she was not fully forthcoming about her situation and that when a better offer came along, she felt comfortable pulling back on her agreement. Keep it in mind when communicating with her about the flat. Reply from Lister: Unfortunately, due to COVID restrictions and isolation rules, a previous tenant had to stay longer than originally planned. Many other cheaper flats are readily available and I do not negotiate to pay housekeeping expenses of tenants. I only negotiate long-term rentals. These are difficult pandemic times.
