Semi- furnished, beautiful terrace with breathtaking views. The building has a gym, swimming pool, squash court, common rooftop lounge and barbecue on 41st floor. It is located in a very safe area of several enclosed buildings with cafés, restaurants, banks, hairdresser, drycleaning, supermarket, clothing stores, etc. The National Museum, Museum of Modern Art, National Library, bullfighting ring, planetarium, Independence Park, Torres del Parque and Macarena neighborhood are only 5 -10 minute walk away. Also close to Sunday´s mains streets closed for the Ciclovia (Cra 7, Calle 26). The apartment is ideal for a single person or a couple, but not recommend for children because of the balcony.
