Your backyard cottage is quiet and bucolic (and close to shops and transportation)! Our quiet residential neighborhood is 2 blocks away from a public swimming pool and park, cheese, wine and fish markets and the world famous greengrocer, the Monterey Market. There is a bus stop on our corner, or it's a 20 min walk to North Berkeley BART or 30 min walk to downtown Berkeley and the UC Berkeley campus. Our newly renovated, freestanding cottage with private deck overlooking the redwoods and Cordonices Creek is furnished with everything you need. All new bathroom, appliances, bamboo floors and a queen size bed. We will share a large backyard and we have a delightful dog. He will not be in your house but will be in the yard sometimes.
