The apartment is attached to a primary residence with separate entrance and amenities (completely private). It has one parking space. The unit is in a residential neighborhood (Belle Aire) - 1.5 km to beaches, shopping, sites and more and is outfitted with lots of windows, high ceilings, a full kitchen, bathroom etc. - tastefully furnished (not cluttered) and clean. There is a queen sized bed, plus a full sized sleep sofa - great Internet access, air conditioning, a washer, a small smart tv, and screens on the windows to keep out bugs. The University of the West Indies' Marine Lab is 7 minutes away by car. The Brown's Town Community College, Mount Pleasant Football (Soccer) Academy, and other prominent high schools are 15 minutes away.
