Large studio in loft/ second floor of well kept house and garden a few minutes from Dollis Hill tube on Jubilee line, 20 minutes from Euston, UCL and colleges. Own kitchen and bathroom, WiFi, TV, double bed, sofa, table and chairs. Light filled with four skylights and a Juliette balcony facing a south facing, sunny garden, Only stairs and front door are shared otherwise totally independent. Peaceful neighbourhood and house, no smoking,quiet guests wanted for a quiet, friendly household. Owner is a retired UN conference interpreter, keen gardener! My loft has had very long tenancies: I had a lovely Polish couple who stayed for five years till obtaining an Economics doctorate , then a very nice couple of French Physics students who stayed two years and after finishing studies have now gone back to France.They left the flat in an impeccable condition and gave me a big bunch of flowers after quite an emotional goodbye from all of us!! It is now waiting for a new great occupant...!!
