Positioned in the heart of the city and well connected to all the major places of interest in town, our city loft is the perfect retreat while working and studying in Milan. Conceived with an authentic taste of Italian urban lifestyle, in the Fall, Winter and Spring exotic plants, cacti, palm trees and euphorbias offer a touch of nature. The space This 65 square meters loft is far more than just a functional place to stay. It is located on the first floor of what was once a small industrial building, next to the apartment of Christina and Silvio, the owners. In the midst of a silent courtyard, this space is a rare commodity in Milan. The separate entrance leads to a spacious apartment designed with a tasteful eye for the details. The apartment is divided into two distinct areas. The first is an ample living and sleeping room, the second an essentially equipped kitchen with dining area and a couch that can be turn into a comfortable second double bed. The bathroom is large and bright. The apartment is equipped with central heating and high speed WiFi connection. Fresh sheets and towels may be organized on request as well as cleaning services. City location There is excellent access to the city center by tram, bus: and subway 15 minutes to Piazza Duomo and Piazza Scala, 20 minutes from Linate City Airport, and 20 minutes from the Central Railway Station and Malpensa international airport bus terminal. Universities, libraries and institutions can be easily reached by public transport. The city center itself is away a walk of about 30 minutes.  City services The residential neighbourhood provides supermarkets, restaurants, newsagents, pharmacies, bars, small shops.
