Lovely house in vibrant Quebec City!

Description

We live in a centrally-located, semi-detached 3-bedroom house. Extremely well-equipped kitchen, big front porch, a large backyard where you can eat and relax among our abundant garden (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, gooseberries, kiwis, currents, apple and more, and lots of flowers!). We just finished adding a large sunroom at the back of our house (with sky lights and a wall of windows looking onto the garden) and the rooftop terrasse has just been completed! The house is two stories, with bedrooms upstairs, the kitchen & living room/dining room + sunroom on the main floor, laundry in the basement, plus a big, bright side extension which serves as a TV room and play area (lots of toys!) or a separate 'apartment' (the extension has a fold-out bed, as well as a kitchen + full bathroom and powder room). In total, we have two full bathrooms and two powder rooms. Come relax while being just over two miles from a Unesco World Heritage Site! We have two cats (Mikey and ChaCha; both are gentle, affectionate, and pretty lazy) and hope you'll enjoy spending some time with them (if you plan to travel a lot during your stay, we can arrange to have someone let them in and out)!
