Near the Eiffel tower in an elegant neighborhood, this one bedroom NON SMOKING apartment is located on the second floor (really 3rd since there is above the ground floor a mezzanine where lockers and maid chambers are) has a rare very large terrace where you can eat. There are only 8 apartments in this building with 2 lifts. It is located at 25 minute walk to Champs Elysees or latin quarter, 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. . There is a king size bed (2M x2M) in the bedroom. Then new Cassina couch can sleep a person for a short period. . Convenient store on the ground floor.
