Hello, we have a room for rent in a beautiful craftsman home in an amazing Berkeley neighborhood, short term, ideally 2-3 months but open to flexibility on timing. Note: this would be be a house-sitting/cat-sitting arrangement. Home owners would be gone 90% of the time, but one may occassionally be back 2-3 days at a time, staying in the master bedroom. It is lovingly furnished, with a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom and a gorgeous back yard. The house is nestled in beautiful Berkeley on a tree-lined bike corridor, and a short walking distance to downtown Berkeley, the University of California, the BART, and multiple organic grocery stores. There is also easy access to all the joys of San Francisco. You'll be in a prime position to take advantage of the wonderful, earthy and relaxed Bay Area lifestyle. This stay is for a private guest room, with access to the whole house, and responsibilities for one gentle cat. There is a stunning light-filled living room and dining area, a glorious kitchen, new bathroom with full soaking tub, and a great back yard. You will have the whole house. There is off street parking. Enjoy the wonderful Berkeley life of beauty, nature, and urban culture all at once. The location would make it perfect for a visiting professor or fellowship at UC Berkeley. We look forward to meeting you!
