Our home is perfect for a term or year in Burlington, Vermont, walking distance to universities (UVM and Champlain), as well as downtown Church Street. Our home is adjacent to Callahan Park, 10 minute walk to the lake or bikepath, and a few hundred meters from a Chocolate Factory, Pizzeria, Brewery and Bagel shop. It is also close to I-89 and Route 7, making for trips to the mountains or through the Champlain Valley convenient. The house is a three bedroom ranch with lots of light in a small, friendly neighborhood. It is decorated with items from across our years living in Vermont, Switzerland, Madagascar and Zambia. The backyard feels secluded with cedar hedges and a nice area for sitting, next to the three season porch/mudroom. The finished basement has a bathroom, washer / drier and space for entertaining or guests to stay.
